College Radio

College radio was huge when I was in college.  It help spawn bands like REM, Meat Puppets etc. But now just like all radio, it seems to be fading in importance thanks to the internet.  So, this New Music for Old People is my attempt at a college radio show.  WKRP for AARP.

I love this playlist.  It's got some of the tunes that stick in my ears such as "Are you my love" by Kelley Stoltz and "Jazz on the Autobahn" by the Felice Brothers.  Heartless Bastards, Hurray for the Riff Raff and Courtney Barnett are all worth exploring deeper.
